Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort

The hotel's location right on the waterfront provided stunning views of the sea. the rooms were spacious and well, equipped, with a generous balcony. the staff throughout the hotel were courteous and helpful.

The check, in and check, out process was quite slow, and could benefit from improved efficiency. the service at the bar and on the terrace was lacking, and the cleaning of the rooms was superficial.

Lovely mountain view room with spacious balcony. Amazing gym and nice pool with sandy bottom. Professional staff, pricey but worth it. Convenient shuttle to casino square, easy walk back.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is right on the seashore, providing beautiful views. It is also close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows that offer stunning views of the surroundings. there are great facilities, such as a sandy-bottomed lagoon and a lush pool area, perfect for swimming and relaxing.

The check-in process could use some improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at this amazing hotel with an executive feel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The food options were great, especially the Blue Gin Bar. The valet guys outside the main doors were fantastic and did a great job. The hotel team was friendly and welcoming. The outdoor pool was like a lagoon with crystal clear water and sand on the bottom. I highly recommend Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic swimming pool with lagoon, beautiful views and sparkling water. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy everywhere. Spacious room with veranda and comfy couches. Indoor pool and spa for all weather swimming, no age limit. Free transfers to casino and downtown area.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and on the edge of Monte Carlo. The views from my room were extraordinary, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering a free upgrade and providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a brand new gym, incredible pools and hot tubs, and a beautiful beach area. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff was always available to assist with any needs or requests. I also appreciated the regular shuttles provided by the hotel, making it easy to explore the nearby area.

This hotel would be a great choice for families as well, with its excellent service and family-friendly amenities.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful location, right on the bay. The hotel's proximity to the marina and the seaside made it a convenient choice for exploring the area. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and large balconies, offering stunning views of the bay. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with separate shower, bath, and toilet. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent facilities, such as a business vibe, a fabulous blue gin bar, and a small shop where you can purchase swimwear and accessories.

The hotel had a bit of a lapse in service. The check-in desk was severely understaffed, resulting in long queues and delays.

The free wifi was a bonus and worked seamlessly throughout our stay. everything about our experience was wonderful and we can't wait to return.
